CRUELTY FREE DOESN’T KILL

LIVE CRUELTY FREE

When it comes to cruelty free makeup brands we are so close yet so far. Many brands have moved away from immoral animal testing and over to cruelty free and leaving the poor animals alone. As a strong animal lover myself, when a makeup brand is cruelty free it really makes them as a whole brand 100 times better in my eyes.

First, cruelty free means that the products are not tested on animals. Therefore, any brand sold in China is not cruelty free. China has a law requiring any and all products sold in China to have conducted animal testing before making them available within China. However, there are many countries that have made animal testing illegal, such as all nations in the European Union, Norway, India, Israel, Australia, and more.

It is important to recognize that animal testing is not actually needed to make a killer highlight, or to extend your lashes one centimeter longer. It is something that is not needed yet somehow still used for certain brands. If you want to keep you makeup collection clean and animal testing free than check out these amazing cruelty free brands I have compiled as some of my personal favorites, though there are obviously many more.
